Simple Beef Tips With Mushrooms

A quick and easy way to cook beef tips. My family likes "plain" and this is it!

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1  lb beef tenderloin (tips)
• 8  ounces fresh mushrooms (sliced)
• 1⁄3 cup onion (sliced thin)
• 1 (10 1/2ounce) can beef broth
• 1  teaspoon olive oil

Directions

1. * Brown beef tips until no longer pink.
2. * In separate pan, heat olive oil and saute mushrooms and onions until soft (about 3-4 minutes).
3. * Add beef tips. Pour in beef broth.
4. * Simmer 5-6 minutes.
5. * Can add some corn starch to thickien the sauce if desired.
