Simple Beef and Onion Pie

Another family favorite ... serve with mash and gravy!

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1  lb lean ground beef
  • 1  large onion, diced
  • 1  cup  beef gravy
  • 1 (9 inch)  round  pie crusts
  • 2  tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef and onions together; drain off fat.
  2. Add beef gravy and stir through until warm.
  3. Transfer to 9" pie plate and cover with pie crust; brush crust with milk.
  4. Bake at 425F until crust is golden brown.
