Silly Chili

Got this recipe from a co-worker. Supposedly a Weight Watchers recipe.

Ready In: 40 mins

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1 -2  lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1  can  Veg-All
  • 12 can  mild rotel
  • 1  can kidney bean
  • 22  ounces  V8 vegetable juice or 22  ounces  vegetable juice
  • 1  can  minestrone soup
  • 12 bag  uncooked pasta

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook for 30 minutes.
