A friend gave me this recipe for the times I'm craving chocolate and need a creamy fix. This is suitable for diabetics and can be made with any flavor pudding

Ingredients

• 2  cups sugar-free instant pudding mix
• 8  ounces fat free cream cheese
• 2  cups  fat-free whipped topping, thawed

Directions

1. Mix pudding according to package instructions.
2. Beat in cream cheese.
3. Beat in whipped topping.
