Sierra’s Granola Bars

My daughter is not a breakfast food kind of girl. We came up with these granola bars to give her a boost of energy in the mornings. You can sneak dried fruit into them as well. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave.
  3. Mix in baking powder, egg, protein powder, brown sugar, and milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and oats.
  5. Press into a 9x9 pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Mixture will harden as it cools.
  8. Cut into squares when cool.
