Sierra’s Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup protein powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter chips
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave.
- Mix in baking powder, egg, protein powder, brown sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and oats.
- Press into a 9x9 pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Mixture will harden as it cools.
- Cut into squares when cool.
