Sicilian Sausage Stacks #Ragu

Ingredients
- 4 mild italian sausage patties
- 4 slices polenta, cut 1/2 inch thick from a precooked roll
- 1 cup Ragú® Pasta Sauce (spicy italian style pasta sauce)
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 teaspoon dried currant
- 1⁄2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1⁄2 cup baby arugula
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
Directions
- Placel the sausage patties and polenta slices on a baking sheet 8 inches from the heat source and broil 10-12 minutes per side or till the sausage tests done.
- Meanwhile in a small saucepan combine the Ragu sauce, capers, currants, zest and parsley; heat till warmed through.
- Make 4 stacks starting with a polenta slice followed by a sausage patty, arugula and cheese.
- Return to the broiler and cook 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Divide the sauce among 4 plates and top with a sausage stack, then garnish with the nuts.
