Shrimp With Orange Pineapple Sauce

Yields: 2/3 cups sauce
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup pineapple preserves
- 1⁄4 cup orange marmalade
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, medium sized, peeled and deveined
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine pineapple preserves, orange marmalade, lemon juice, water and cornstarch.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook and stir for 2 minutes or til thickened.
- Chill until serving.
- Serve with the shrimp.
