Shrimp, Tortellini & Spinach

This is a great recipe that i got from Kraft i did change a few things like the dressing and the chopped tomaotes. It turned out amazing! Show more

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 ounce) package  refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2  cups  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 14 cup  roasted red pepper
  • 2  garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 (12 ounce) package  cooked shrimp
  • 1 (6 ounce) package  baby spinach leaves
  • 14 cup fresh basil leaf
  • 2  tablespoons  KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute Add tomatoes and shrimp; mix well. Bring just to boil. Stir in spinach; cover. Simmer 1 to 2 minute or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
  3. DRAIN pasta. Add to skillet with basil; simmer, uncovered, 3 to 4 minute or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
  4. SERVE topped with cheese.
