- 1⁄4 plantain
- 5 shrimp
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 lime
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter
Directions
- mix lime juice salt pepper chili pepper and butter together in a bowl.
- dip shrimp in it and place onto grille.
- slice the mango.
- and place on top of greens and plantains.
- place shrimp on top of salad.
