Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb small shrimp, peeled
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup celery, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 small tomatoes, quartered and in half
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic
- 1 lb rice
Directions
- Cook rice in a separate pan.
- Saute green onion and celery.
- Add shrimp and garlic; when done add tomatoes.
- Place over rice.
