Shrimp, Scallop, and Escargot Buddies

Ingredients
- 24 peeled and devined large shrimp
- 24 large bay scallops
- 24 extra large snails
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons Pernod
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 12 skewers
Directions
- on bamboo skewers place 2 each alternating shrimp scallops and snails.
- place on a broiling pan.
- heat butter in a suace pan add remaining ingredients. cook until mixture has beed reduced to half
- brush the skewers with butter broil 2-3 mins.turn the skewers overbrush with butter again. broilfor an additional 2-3 minutes remove from oven and brush a third time and serve hot.
