Shrimp Salad

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 -2 can shrimp
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1⁄4 onion, finely diced
- mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- salt & pepper
Directions
- wash shrimp and put into bowl.
- Cover with water and put into fridge at least 20 minutes.
- The longer the better.
- Finely dice lettuce.
- Put into bowl.
- Add diced celery and onion.
- Put into fridge.
- Just before serving, thoroughly drain shrimp, add to greens.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add mayo, 1 T at a time.
- You want just enough to hold everything together.
- Serve and enjoy.
