Shrimp Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen salad shrimp, cooked, tail-off
- 4 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) bag Baby Spinach
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
Directions
- Thaw shrimp according to package directions.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- In skillet, melt butter and mix in garlic.
- Wilt spinach in garlic butter.
- In mixing bowl, mix together shrimp, pasta, spinach, and garlic butter to coat.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Reheat 1:30 to 2 min in microwave.
