  1. Boil water and then add shrimp until pink in color.
  2. Drain and clean shrimp.
  3. Pound shrimp (until flattened) and place in a large bowl.
  4. Add salt and lemon juice to your taste.
  5. Add onions and peppers and mix well.
  6. Add grated coconut.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
