Shrimp in Lemon Garlic Sauce

Directions

  1. Cream butter with garlic, salt and paprika.
  2. Add lime or lemon juice, hot pepper, Worcestershire sauce and parsley; blend well.
  3. Place a layer of shrimp in a greased baking dish, then spread some garlic butter and sprinkle some crumbs.
  4. Repeat layers 3 or 4 times ending with crumbs.
  5. Bake in a hot oven at 400-425 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon or lime wedges.
