Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) can cooked shrimp
- 1 cup large curd creamy cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 -2 tablespoon cream, if needed
- 1 1⁄2 lbs cooked cleaned shrimp
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 small onion
- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 cup Pernod or 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
- salt
- hot pepper sauce
- tarragon
- chopped parsley
- cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Put next 3 ingredients through a coarse food chopper. Add to this mixture the next 3 ingredients. Season to taste with last 4 ingredients and mix well, until consistency of whipped cream. pack into a pretty mold which has been rinsed in cold water and refrigerate, covered, for 3-4 hours. Unmold and garnish with tomatoes.
