Shrimp and Egg Salad

Good stuff. Recipe courtesy of Skinny Sometimes. The recipe called for light mayonnaise, but I think that stuff is disgusting so I am posting it with regular mayonnaise. Greek Yogurt I can handle, but no thanks light mayonnaise. Show more

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 34 teaspoon  Old Bay Seasoning
  • 12 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1  tablespoon  dried minced onion
  • 1  lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4  eggs, hardboiled and sliced
  • 1  cup  cooked peas

Directions

  1. Combine the peas, eggs, and shrimp in a bowl.
  2. Mix spices and mayonnaise together in a small bowl. Add the dressing to the larger bowl.
  3. Stir in the dressing until it coats the eggs, shrimp, and peas evenly.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
