Shrimp and Asparagus Saute for Two

  1. Over high heat, bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil; add asparagus and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. While asparagus cooks, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, turning once.
  4. Drain asparagus and add to shrimp.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add to shrimp; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens and turns glossy.
  6. Remove cinnamon stick and serve.
