Shrimp Alfredo Chowder

Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1⁄2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2-2 cups chicken stock
- 30 raw shrimp, peeled completely
- 1 roma tomato, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup alfredo sauce
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Boil potato and onion in stock for 20 minutes til soft.
- Add shrimp and cook another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
