Shortcut Avocado Salad Dressing

I needed a quick dressing to finish Easy Pork Machaca over salad greens. Looking through my refrigerator and cupboard, this delicious dressing came together in less than 15 minutes. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 12  ounces  guacamole
• 1⁄2 cup  ranch dressing
• 1⁄8 cup lime juice
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
• 2  dashes Tabasco sauce
• 1⁄2 cup skim milk, to thin (optional)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
2. Serve over salad greens or use as a sauce in burritos or tacos.
