Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups margarine
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- confectioner's sugar
Directions
- Combine margarine, cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Shape level teapoonfuls of dough into balls; place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400, 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool; sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
