Shortbread Cookies

I don't recall where I found this just, posting for safe keeping.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups margarine
• 8  ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 3  cups flour
•  confectioner's sugar

Directions

1. Combine margarine, cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Shape level teapoonfuls of dough into balls; place on greased cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 400, 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool; sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
