Shoo Fly Pie

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 drops vinegar
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Directions
- Blend flour, sugar and butter until lumpy and save for topping.
- Blend Molasses, hot water, soda and vinegar.
- Pour mixture into unbaked pie crusts.
- Top with crumb mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
