Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup shiraz wine
- 2⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Directions
- Mix all together and marinate steak for two hours.
