Shipwreck Dinner

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 (225 g) package kraft dinner macaroni and cheese
- 1 (540 ml) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen green pea
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded
Directions
- Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- Stir in macaroni, cheese sauce, tomatoes, peas and milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low; cover. simmer 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
