Ingredients
- 1⁄4 ounce unflavored gelatin
- 2 ounces water
- 10 ounces sugar
- 10 ounces corn syrup
- 8 ounces fruit syrup, from canned fruit or 8 ounces ground peaches or 8 ounces apricots, pulp
Directions
- Soak gelatin in cold water. Heat sugar, syrup and water to a boil. Add soaked gelatin and stir until dissolved. Use hot.
- Brush on coffee cakes as they come from the oven.
