Shiitake Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 12 lb shiitake mushroom, stems removed, sliced
  • 1  tablespoon  vegetable oil
  • 1 12 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1  tablespoon sugar
  • 1  dash salt
  • 1  teaspoon  chopped  dried hot pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet or wok. Add mushrooms and stir fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir fry for 10-15 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Sprinkle hot pepper on mushrooms and serve.
