Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sherry wine
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients and pour the marinade over you meat.
- Marinate 4-24 hours in the refrigerator, turning pieces occasionally.
