Ingredients
- 8 garlic cloves
- 6 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a chopper or blender.
- Pulse to combine and serve. Will keep in refrigerator for one week.
