Sherbert Lemonade

(LFRV) I'm not huge on juicing because it gets rid of the fiber and changes the natural balance BUT this is amazingly delicious. This makes one serving - I personally triple the recipe to use the whole lemon & so cleaning the juicer is worth it :). Ingredients

• 2  golden delicious apples
• 1⁄3 large lemon (use the rind if wax free)
•  ice cube

Directions

1. Juice the apples and lemon.
2. Pour over ice & enjoy!
