Shepherd's Pie W/Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs ground lamb, browned drained
  • 12 cup peas (canned)
  • 12 carrot (canned)
  • 12 cup  chopped red onion
  • 12 cup  chopped celery
  • 12 cup  shredded swiss cheese
  • 12 cup  sliced mushrooms
  • 3  cups  mashed  red potatoes
  • 18 cup sour cream
  • 1  egg yolk

Directions

  1. preheat oven 350°F.
  2. pour cooked lamb into bottom of 9x13 pan and top with veggies
  3. whip potatoes with Swiss cheese & yolk & sour cream.
  4. spread over meat
  5. bake 30 min or until potatoes are brown.
