Ingredients
- 8 ounces shell macaroni
- 6 ounces colby-monterey jack cheese, chopped in to small cubes
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup chopped sweet gherkin
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 thin slice red onion, chopped finely
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sweet pickle juice
- 3 hardboiled egg, chopped
- 3 dashes paprika
Directions
- Boil shells as directed on box, then drain and rinse in cold water.
- In a seperate bowl, add shells to all other ingredients and mix well.
