Sharon's Saucy Shrimp #Ragu

Ragú® Recipe Contest Entry. This is one of my family favorites. It is great on a chilly Winter night and a time saver. Sautéed shrimp in a rich tomato sauce. Served over spaghetti. Show more

  1. Bring pot of water to a boil. Add salt to water. Add spaghetti and cook al dente. about twelve minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in saute' pan over medium heat. Add pine nuts and toast until lightly brown, about 5 minutes. Take out pine nuts onto a paper towel to dry.
  3. Dridge shrimp in flour. Add shrimp to saute pan. Add extra oil if needed. Cook 5-10 minutes until shrimp are opaque. Remove shrimp.
  4. Add Ragu Old World Style Sauce. red pepper flakes, and cilantro to pan. When bubbling, add shrimp, red pepper flakes, and cilantro to the sauce. Heat through.
  5. Serve with cooked spaghetti. Garnish with pine nuts.
