Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 shallot
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Chill and serve over salad.
