Shakespearean Barley Fruit Soup

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1⁄2 cup dried apricot
- 1⁄2 cup apple, chunks
- 1 cup peas
- 1⁄4 cup barley
- salt, to taste
- ginger powder, to taste
Directions
- Simmer chicken broth, apricots and apples for 45 minutes.
- Add peas and barley and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add salt to taste and ginger to taste and serve.
