Shadow's Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 cups tomato paste (good with either or mixture of both) or 1 1⁄4 cups catsup (good with either or mixture of both)
• 1  cup water
• 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
• 1  lemon, juice of
• 1⁄4 cup beer
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon chili powder
• 1⁄3 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2  dashes Tabasco sauce (Recipe # 214026 Jump Up and Smack Your Mom) or 2  dashes  hot sauce (Jump up and Smack Your Mom Hot Sauce Jump Up and Smack Your Mom)
• 1⁄4 cup vinegar
• 1⁄8 cup  basil vinegar (I prefer the basil) or 1⁄8 cup  balsamic vinegar (I prefer the basil)
• 1  garlic clove

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in sauce pan except the onion and garlic.
2. Put onion and garlic in a blender and liquefy.
3. Mix with the other ingredients in the sauce pan.
4. Heat until boiling over low heat, let simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Good on all meats.
