Shabu Chili Sauce

Shabu shabu is the Japanese version of the fondue. Lemon gives a nice kick to chili sauce and makes a perfect condiment for the meat.

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup chili sauce (Sriracha preferred)
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice (fresh is best)
•  lemon zest, grated

Directions

1. Whirl all ingredients in blender.
2. Serve at room temperature.
