Seven Layer Salad

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 6 green onions
- 3 stalks celery
- 6 eggs
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon
Directions
- Hard boil eggs and let cool.
- Cook peas according to package directions and let cool.
- Cook bacon and let cool.
- Shred lettuce into bottom of large glass bowl.
- Slice eggs and place on top of lettuce.
- Slice green onions and celery thinly and place over eggs in layers.
- Drain and pour peas over the salad for the next layer.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together and spread over the top.
- Cover with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Crumble bacon over the top to finish.
