Sesame Stir-Braised Kale

Directions

  1. Heat 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 Tbsp., minced fresh ginger, and 1 teaspoons sesame oil in a skillet.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons water and 1 bunch kale (stemmed and chopped).
  3. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add 1 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoons sesame seeds.
