Sesame Stir-Braised Kale

Ingredients
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 Tbsp., minced fresh ginger, and 1 teaspoons sesame oil in a skillet.
- Add 2 tablespoons water and 1 bunch kale (stemmed and chopped).
- Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Drain.
- Add 1 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoons sesame seeds.
