Sesame Steak Sauce

This sauce tastes similar to one served at a local Japanese restaurant. It can be served with steak but also tastes good as a dip for vegetables or gyoza.

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup tahini
• 2  tablespoons soy sauce (light is fine)
• 1  tablespoon mayonnaise (light is fine)
• 3  tablespoons water
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. It will seem watery at first but thickens up as you mix.
