Sesame Soy Dressing With an Italian Twist

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup carrot
- 1⁄3 cup apple, peeled
- 1⁄3 cup onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg yolk (can substitute 1 Tbsp mayo)
- 2 tablespoons ground toasted sesame (surigoma, could prob sub tahini)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash white pepper
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
Directions
- Coarsely chop carrot, apple, onion, and garlic.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
