Sesame Seed Salad Dressing

Simple-to-make salad dressing is good over spinach or other green salads.

• Yields: 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  sesame oil
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 1⁄4 cup vinegar
• 3  tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, ground
• 2  tablespoons lemon juice
• 2  garlic cloves, pressed

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in jar and shake well.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
