Sesame Orange Chicken

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 16 boneless skinless chicken thighs (4oz each)
- 2⁄3 cup teriyaki sesame ginger barbecue sauce
- 2⁄3 cup orange marmalade
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- hot cooked rice
Directions
- Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. Transfer to a 4 or 5-quart slow cooker.
- In a large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger and pepper flakes. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
