Sesame Onion Cheese Bread (bread Machine)

This is a beautiful loaf with a slight Oriental flavor.

• Yields: 1 1/2 lb. loaf

Ingredients

• 1  cup milk
• 1⁄3 cup  diced onion
• 1⁄2 cup  grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1  tablespoon sesame seeds
• 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 1⁄2 cups bread flour
• 1  tablespoon gluten
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons  yeast

Directions

1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer.
2. Cycle: White, sweet- no timer.
3. Setting: Medium.
