Sesame Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce, i use kikoman light
- 1⁄4 cup sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Cook linguini until al dente.
- Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.
- Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
- Place linguini in a large bowl and add green onions and toasted sesame seed.
- Pour on dressing and toss well and serve.
