Ingredients

  • 14 cup  dried  arame seaweed or 14 cup  wakame seaweed
  • 1  cup water
  • 2  sheets nori, thinly sliced
  • 14 cup  finely sliced fresh ginger
  • 3  tablespoons  sesame oil
  • 2  tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine arame and water. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes until softened. Drain, discarding soaking liquid.
  2. In bowl, combine arame, nori, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss until well combined.
