Sesame Ginger Sea Veggies

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup dried arame seaweed or 1⁄4 cup wakame seaweed
- 1 cup water
- 2 sheets nori, thinly sliced
- 1⁄4 cup finely sliced fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
- In small bowl, combine arame and water. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes until softened. Drain, discarding soaking liquid.
- In bowl, combine arame, nori, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss until well combined.
