Sesame Ginger Dressing

This is a wonderful dressing with an Asian flair

Yields: 2/3 cup

Ingredients

  • 2  garlic, minced
  • 1  tablespoon ginger, grated fine
  • 14 teaspoon  hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 2  teaspoons  honey dijon mustard
  • 2  teaspoons honey
  • 2  tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2  tablespoons  balsamic vinegar
  • 1  tablespoon soy sauce
  • 14 cup  orange juice
  • 1  teaspoon  sesame oil
  • 1  tablespoon olive oil
  • 14 cup cilantro (or parsley chopped)
  • 14 cup chives (or green onions chopped)

Directions

  1. Whisk together the garlic, ginger, hot pepper sauce, mustard, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil and olive oil.
  2. Stir in cilantro and chives. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
