  1. Rinse garbanzo beans in a strainer .
  2. Soak garbanzo beans in water for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Put garbanzo beans in food processor.
  4. Put olive oil, black pepper, oregano, dried basil, and lemon juice in food processor seperately.
  5. Turn on the food processor for five minutes.
  6. If not satisfied with texture, put in olive oil to make smoother and turn on food processor for 1 minute until satisfied.
