Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cups thickened vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sriracha sauce (chili)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh green onion
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- salt
Directions
- In a blender, combine the garlic, ginger, vinegar, tahini, soy sauce, and the vegetable stock.
- Process until the garlic is incorporated.
- With the blender on low, add in the sesame oil, sriracha, and pepper.
- Finally add the green onions and cilantro and blend for 1 minute, just until cilantro is chopped. Season with salt to taste. Sesame Dressing: In a blender, combine the garlic, ginger, vinegar, tahini, soy sauce, and the vegetable stock.
