Sesame Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 envelope leek soup mix
- 1 teaspoon dried fines herbes
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
Directions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk and Tabasco for 2-12 hour, covered in the fridge.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Remove chicken and drain.
- Roll in dry ingredients.
- Shake off excess.
- Place in a baking dish.
- Pour butter on top.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is done.
