Sergios Belgian Endive Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Belgian endive
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cut endive in quarters, take away the bitter part in the center.
- If you want you can cut them into smaller pieces, but the quarts look quite nice imo.
- Wash, dry.
- Drizzle some olive oil over it.
- Grind pepper and salt to taste.
- And that's it!
